Polish specifically sets operational policies and procedures, including establishing human resource processes; assigning key performance indicators (KPIs) to its staff; empowering employees through annual specialized and customer service training; and maintaining consistency within all areas of the business.

  • Responsibility: Supporting socially responsible values by helping out young girls in need, supporting breast cancer awareness, carrying out fundraising efforts, among several other initiatives.

  • Cleanliness: A commitment to cleanliness and a pledge to deliver the highest hygienic standards lie at the heart of the Polish edge. Through the use of an autoclave device, which sterilizes and hence eradicates bacteria, viruses, spores, and fungi, Polish is able to clean and disinfect its beauty tools and equipment in a sanitary medical fashion.

  • Health & Safety Management: Exercising sound health and safety practices to ensure the well-being of our staff and customers alike. As a simple rule, all beauty technicians, with the exception of facialists, are required to wear gloves so as to avoid skin-to-skin contact.

  • Impression: Radiating a positive impression, friendly vibes, and loving energy in all directions upon entering the Polish space. The staff understands the key value of creating a positive customer experience and therefore seeks to only deliver service that wins the trust and loyalty of guests.

Not only does Polish seek to provide impeccable service, but also to utilize top-notch international brands for its beauty care. Adopting environmentally friendly practices by sending laundry to eco-friendly dry cleaning services and selling organic skincare merchandise.

History

This is a true story of two ladies who sought to establish a business run by women for women.

With their consulting backgrounds, Shereen Abu Rub and Ghada Afani became accustomed to achieving consistency and high performance standards for their respective clients and projects.

Moreover, recognizing a gap in the market for a high-end beauty salon in Jordan, Shereen and Ghada determined to establish a nail center in 2014. In the five ensuing years thereafter, they continued to add more and more beauty services – each of which featured an edge.
